A photo taken March 30, 2017, of the lakefront project site for The New American Home 2018 shows work is well underway.

Located in the Bella Collina golf community on the outskirts of Orlando, the home — a 6,533-square-foot show piece with Tuscan-inspired design — is targeted for completion this fall and will be officially unveiled during the NAHB International Builders’ Show  Jan. 9-11.
